David Smart I haven’t installed the brackets yet but they look very solid and well built.
I was very disappointed with the shipping however. Somehow the brackets were shipped to a completely wrong address that was over one hour away, the name and address weren’t even close to mine. Luckily it was an honest person who gave me a call and we were able to work out a way to get them.
I had checked several times using the provided tracking system and it kept showing “on the way” , I also sent a message to your company Blackfoot River and someone replied that they also saw it “on the way” in the system but never offered a solution or next step. Contacting FedEx was impossible. In fact if you look into the tracking system today it still shows “on the way”
So quite disappointing as far as service. If not for an honest person and some effort between him and me I would still be waiting! With no answer as to why.
