Shipping
We ship orders through UPS and USPS. Orders are usually processed within 24hrs of the order being placed, and then prepared for shipping. Our shipping carriers pick up packages Monday-Friday. Some items are not eligible for the $99+ free shipping promotion. Some items carry an additional oversize shipping charge. If your item requires special care or expedited shipping we ask that you please contact us at order@blackfootriver.com or (406) 542-7411 to ensure there are no miscommunications.
Economy Shipping
Some products are available for economy shipping at low or no cost to you. If the buyer choses economy shipping at checkout your order may take longer to ship, and tracking may not be available. Orders with economy shipping are not eligible for refunds if the carrier fails to deliver your product. If you are concerned about your order arriving please chose a shipping method that includes tracking.
Return Shipping
We will send the buyer a pre-paid return shipping label only if the return is the result of an error on our end. If the return is a result of an error on the buyer's side (ordered wrong size, color, incorrect fit, etc.) the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
