Solitude Mop Fly- Tan

If there is one fly that's looked down upon more than the San Juan worm it is the mop fly. Have your opinions all you want, this thing works and for those die hard anglers who fish all winter long, this is definitely a staple fly in their box. What exactly does it imitate, a maggot? a fat worm? an encased caddis? We don't know and we don't care simply because its proven itself time and time again that fish crave this thing!
